This notice covers the website, the contact form, the volunteer form, the get-involved form, and the careers interest form. It does not replace consent and file rules for a placement. Client records are handled under the organisation’s care obligations and Alberta child-and-family requirements, not through this marketing form.
What the forms collect
The forms collect the fields listed on each page, plus technical logs a host such as Vercel keeps in the ordinary course.
Why
We use what you send to reply to the message. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the forms for advertising profiles.
Email delivery
Messages are sent through an email provider (Resend) to the organisation’s inbox.
How long
Enquiry mail is kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet ordinary record expectations, then deleted. The organisation will set a retention schedule and publish it here.
Your choices
Ask for access or correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry you sent, by emailing wellspring.groupcare@gmail.com. This section replaces the old “Do not sell or share” page.
Children
This is a public site about a service for children and youth. Do not send a child’s story, full name, or case detail through the public form. Caseworkers should use professional channels and share only what the phone call or their own secure process requires.
